Dr. Eddie S. Glaude, Jr., Chair of the Center for African-American Studies and the William S. Tod Professor of Religion and African-American Studies at Princeton University, will deliver the 2017 Marjorie Hall Thulin lecture on religion and contemporary culture on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 7:30 pm in Spurlock Museum’s Knight Auditorium, 600 S. Gregory Street, Urbana.  His topic will be “An Uncommon Faith: W.E.B. Du Bois and African American Religion.
